The White Label Decision
Curious about working with CRA but unsure if you want to interject another company communicating with your customer?
Our White Label option makes it appear as though any interaction or communication with your customers is coming directly from you and your team, not from CRA. This option allows you to continue building your brand, creates depth in both people and process, and simplifies the communication for the customer — a key result.
We answer the phone on your behalf and email the customer through your domain to accomplish communication continuity. How does this work? An employee at CRA might be firstname.lastname@example.org. If your business is Lasko Telecom, we create an email for Steve using the Lasko domain or email@example.com that points to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can engage this option for all projects and all customers, or pick and choose for any service we provide. For example, you may choose to not White Label a service if you’d prefer to give the impression that the particular offering is not in your wheelhouse.
If you prefer not to use the White Label option, the CRA brand and yours remain separate. We’ll still provide support where it counts, but your customer will see that it is coming from an affiliated company. The choice is up to you.
