Understanding the Basics

All of CRA’s services are priced by item. For example: our flagship product, Project Management & Provisioning, is $682 for a fiber circuit with voice (our highest fee) or Coax Cable at $81 (our lowest fee). This represents typically about 15% of the agent's total commission.

To determine the actual percentage of what you will pay in relationship to what you will earn for a fiber with voice circuit, use the calculator below.

Carrier product types supported include but are not limited to: fiber, cable, coax, DSL, SIP, MPLS, cloud services, hosted products, T1, PRI, and more. We work with both wire-line and wireless services.

There are no domestic Carriers, CLECS, ILECS or vendors we do not support.

All payments for project management are made over 3 months with a credit card.

There are no contracts or commitments of any kind. Once you have completed onboarding, you are ready to begin managing less and earning more.

Onboarding; 3 easy sessions.

To begin the onboarding process, complete the credit card information form to authorize the one-time onboarding fee of $495 which covers all 3 sessions. Additional permissions will be requested for purchase of CRA work product.

During these comprehensive sessions, we will accomplish the following:

• Setting expectations and measuring performance
• Understanding response times for both the agent and the end user
• Set up voice and email transparency
• Meet our team and learn our communication methods
• Clarify product types, review project plan options, and visibility
• Learn about common pitfalls and resolution strategies
• Understand the CRA pre-order submission process and change control
• Explore and view fulfillment reporting options
