Some of the mistakes are from the carrier keying information incorrectly, some are changes in the telecom laws, and many occur when the customer elects to make any change to its current services, its carrier, or technology.
The larger enterprise accounts often purchase telecom expense management (TEM) tools or software to manage their accounts on their own. CRA monthly auditing is a function performed for the customer by the CRA team. We utilize both our own home-grown software and the trained human eye so that complex concepts are addressed as well.
