Who is CRA Telecom?

enormous service gaps between Telecom providers and the small to mid-sized business
customer.

Originally formed in 1999, CRA has evolved from serving the end user directly to
working through the Agent and Sub Agent community. The helpdesk is re-active in
supporting repair and MACS; however, it is also pro-active providing monthly auditing,
provisioning and placing retention calls into the Agent's base, decreasing churn.

Currently the helpdesk supports both wire line TDM and IP technologies as well as
wireless services, including all circuit types, lines, SIP trunking, IPPBX and smart phone
devices. CRA is carrier agnostic, and commits to a live email response within fifteen
minutes for any customer throughout the United States. The strength of the CRA model
is in its operations, well trained staff and internal systems. We deliver a seamless
transition for both the Agents and its customer.
